Membership Categories in Grange

Full Membership:

• Male Full Members can play on any day of the week excluding times required for Ladies’ Competition(s) on Tuesdays.
• Female Full Members can play on any day of the week excluding times required for Men’s Competition(s) on Wednesdays.
• Entry Fee: €12,000 – subject to 50% discount for one family member of a Grange Member.
• Annual Subscription: €1,760. In addition there is a food/drink levy of €250 by way of the Club Card plus affiliation fee to either GUI (€19) or ILGU (€28).
 

Ordinary Membership:

• Male Ordinary Members can play on any day of the week excluding Saturday and times required for Ladies’ Competition(s) on Tuesdays.
• Female Ordinary Members can play on any day of the week excluding Saturday and times required for Men’s Competition(s) on Wednesdays.
• Entry Fee: €8,000 – subject to 50% discount for one family member of a Grange Member.
• Annual Subscription: € 1,173. In addition there is a food/drink levy of €250 by way of the Club Card plus affiliation fee to either GUI (€19) or ILGU (€28).

Pavilion Membership:

• Pavilion Members are entitled to avail of the facilities of the Clubhouse and play golf under the following concessions:
o May play on the main course Sunday to Friday subject to its availability and on payment of a green fee at a special rate.
o May play on the New Lands and use the practice facilities Sunday to Friday subject to availability and prior check-in with the Caddy-masters, without green fee payment.
• Entry Fee: Nil. Up to five years’ annual subscriptions as a Pavilion Member may be offset against the Entry Fee should the Pavilion Member wish to become a Full or Ordinary Member but is not availing of the family member discount.
• Annual Subscription: €704. In addition there is a food/drink levy of €250 by way of the Club Card plus affiliation fee to either GUI (€19) or ILGU (€28).
• Pavilion Members are entitled to obtain a CONGU handicap subject to usual requirements.

House Membership:

• House Members are entitled to avail of the facilities of the Clubhouse but are not entitled to play golf except on payment of the appropriate green fee.
• Entry Fee: Nil.
• Annual Subscription: €293.

Corporate Membership:

• A corporate Member is elected for a non-renewable term of three years.
• Corporate Members have the same playing rights as a Full Member, but may not win the Captain’s Prize or other nominated major competitions.
• Entry Fee: €5,000.
• Annual Subscription: €1,760. In addition there is a food/drink levy of €250 by way of the Club Card plus affiliation fee to either GUI (€19) or ILGU (€28).

Juvenile Membership:

• Juvenile Membership is available to children over 9 and under 19 whose parent or grandparent is a Member of the Club – in exceptional circumstances this requirement may be waived by the General Committee.
• Details of the playing rights of Juvenile Members are set out in the Bye-Laws of the Club, available in the Diary or in the Member’s section of the Web-site.
• Annual Subscription: €293 plus GUI/ILGU levy of €5.
• At the start of the next calendar year after reaching 19, the Juvenile Member will progress to Junior Membership, subject to the approval of the General Committee.

Junior Membership:

• Junior Membership primarily caters for Juvenile Members from age 19. New Members may also be elected into this category.
• Junior Members enjoy the same playing rights as Full Members, subject to complying with special competition conditions.
• Entry Fee: At the discretion of the General Committee.
• Subscription: €587, plus GUI/ILGU Levy of €5.

All new Members are subject to election by the General Committee.
