All our produce is first class prepared and cooked on the premises
A daily delivery of fruit and vegetables comes from Condrens at Dublin Market
Our fresh fish is supplied from Beaumont Fish dealing with Paddy Geraghty for over 18 years
Steaks and joints i.e. Rib of Beef, Rack and Leg of Lamb, are supplied from Pat Caulfield
Uncooked Hams, Fresh Turkey Crowns, Bacon and Sausages are supplied from Frank Doyle of Bray. Dealing with Frank for over 20 years.
Bake our own Walnut Brown Bread.
